Australian practices retain required review, advice and sign-off. Tax-agent or BAS advice and lodgement are not included in general preparation support.
Access, review, exception handling and information-sharing arrangements are agreed for the engagement. Current safeguards can be discussed during diligence.

Discuss a transitionThe first step is a workflow discussion
Bring the work type, approximate volume, systems, review owner and target timing. CRS can assess delivery fit and propose a scope. Commercial terms follow the agreed work; no fixed rate or free trial is assumed.
Questions before work moves
A defined set of bookkeeping, reconciliations or working papers can be considered first. We need the inputs, deadlines, output format and a nominated reviewer before deciding whether the work and available capacity are a fit. A trial or fixed start date is not promised here.
The scope should name who gives instructions, checks the prepared work, resolves questions, advises the client and signs or lodges anything required. CRS prepares only the work agreed for its role; professional judgement and required approvals remain with the appropriate Australian practitioner.
We review the specific application, task and permissions during scoping. A platform name alone does not establish that CRS can perform every workflow in it, so access and reviewer steps are agreed before transition.
The proposed engagement needs a clear access and information-handling discussion, including the people and systems involved, any third parties, the review route and what happens when work ends. Ask CRS for current evidence during diligence; do not send client files through this enquiry form.
